E-learning
As an interactive learning product is more than a website that offers a pedagogic content, we work with senior professors, e-learning expert designers and expert developers at E-nova. Thereby, we bring to your project the power to have the right people for the right needs.
THE TUTOR
The tutor is a human factor at the core of the learning process, a pillar of the method. Accordingly, he must receive special attention, just like the one received by the student. A badly designed tool, an unpleasant interface without ergonomics, can rapidly generate frustration and teacher demotivation. It can also negatively influence the rest of learning process. We create clear and adapted interfaces for people who possess little knowledge in IT. Thus, we put emphasis on the learning process, the original goal as it must be, and not on the use of software. The tool must be able to disappear in the background to give prominence to the pedagogical content. Student and professor can now focus on the main goal: the learning process.
THE E OF E-LEARNING
The e-learning is, as its name indicates, a learning method that uses Internet intensively. So far, nothing new, you say? Perhaps, except that by observing the various actors of the e-learning market, it happens sometimes that the web support seems to be a giant courses container in digital format... Because we do not think this way, our e-learning approach is completly different. We think that the web meet requirements of a higher level in terms of interactivity and dynamism. It must not be used as a palliative to hard copy courses. Conscious of the possibilities offered by this wonderful support, we offer a human approach to e-learning: the user is at the core of the e-learning platform, and no more a victim of the teaching platform.

From the student’s viewpoint :
Really varied and dynamic exercises, which are automatically corrected (by the tutor). On-line courses with multimedia content to help to a better understanding. Clear and quick shortcut allow to ask questions to the right persons. A digital and real companion who does some follow-up or gives some replies just when needed. Instant messengers for frequent interactions with all the actors (students, teachers, administrative staff). And much much more...

From the teacher’s viewpoint :
In addition to the tools traditionaly offered, a real method of monitoring the student is proposed under graphic forms, logs and instantaneous mails. The tutor can then, just in one glance, evaluate the student’s situation, his lacunae, his progress, his progression rate. The tutor can even be warned through automatic alerts of possible failures on the main parts of the learning method. He can provide customized exercises to students who are lagging behind via a integrated extra exercises, and so on...It is the real plus point of e-learning : supply tools and additional skills to the teacher, those would not have been available during a real physical class, without taking anything away from him in return.
