PROJECT
After having noticed a very strong demand in term of recruitment of French-speaking personnel in India, E-Nova has joined a network of French institutions to create a portal for recruitment specialized in the French combining companies and people searching for jobs. The purpose of this recruitment portal is on one hand to help companies to find good French-speaking resources, and on the other hand to help the native French speakers to find suitable jobs corresponding to their profiles.
SOLUTION
The solution which has been developed rests on a framework dedicated to the employment portals based on PHP / MySQL architecture. The design has been studied to be visually attractive and the ergonomics was particularly studied to enable the posting of an offer or to answer to an offer in a few seconds.
RESULT
From the moment of its online publication, the site has been a real success with thousands of visitors and several dozens of published offers. The site is at present financed by several institutions among which the Alliances Françaises in India, the French Embassy in New Delhi, IFAN, and Campus France.
