PROJECT
In order to make the order and delivery process more effective, Lecoanet Hemant has requested E-Nova to develop an e-commerce platform (Business-to-Business) where Lecoanet Hemant's clients have the possibility of placing their orders of made- to-measure clothes quickly, effectively and in complete confidentiality.
SOLUTION
The solution which E-Nova developed is based on a unique central and administrative interface, which is however spread out onto numerous pages (front-office) - each page assigned to a specific client. Only the authorized clients have a secure access to their order page. The client can view the list of articles from a catalog exclusively created for his hotel, place an order by specifying the measurements of each of his selected employees, and track the status of his orders. Each previous order automatically generates a form with the measurements needed for the couture workshop.
RESULT
The solution developed by E-Nova has enabled Lecoanet Hemant to considerably reduce the amount of time needed in the management of the client's orders and has improved the tracking system for each order. Furthermore, the new system offers Lecoanet Hemant's clients a more user-friendly way of using and constantly updating the status of their orders.
