PROJECT
The Indo-French Chamber of Commerce ( IFFC) needed a partner to manage the DNS of its domain name and redirect the website towards a host in France, as well as manage the messaging system of its teams and to serve as technical consultant for all issues related to computing.
SOLUTION
E-nova s?est occupée de gérer les DNS. De plus un contrat de maintenance annuel a été signé entre la Chambre de Commerce et E-nova pour prendre en charge la gestion des boites aux lettres électroniques et s?occuper de l?assistance utilisateur. E-Nova took the responsibility of managing the DNS. Moreover, an AMC (Annual Maintenance contract) was signed between the Chamber of Commerce and E-Nova to take care of the management of the electronic mail boxes and user help.
RESULT
The Chambre de Commerce has been able to focus on its fundamental tasks while delegating all the technical management part of its web infrastructure to E-Nova.
