Description

Mediarythmo is a dubbing software released under GPL licence which was created for GoMedia Paris. This software enables easy editing of the track which an actor reads during a dubbing session and facilitates the synchronization during translation. MediaRythmo also helps to superimpose the rythmo track on the final video which could be exported in numerous formats thanks to the powerful FFMPEG/MPlayer engine. Take a look at the screenshots to know more

Description

The software's Editor part enables a user to place the text corresponding to the vocal dubbing on the video by means of the recorded tracks. Thanks to a cursor indicating the current time it is possible to synchronize the text to the thousanth second. The time corresponding to a sentence is also adjustable by a system of character enlargement. Keeping in mind the needs of our clients, we have developed a complete tool box based on their area of expertise. Thanks to this user-friendlier interface, data operators as well as dubbing artists have seen a significant increase in their productivity

Description

After synchronising the text in the editor and generating an XML file corresponding to the project, the render will now generate a new video containing the original video superimposed on the dubbing text. The Render can also apply optical effects on the superimposed text to make it more readable on specific screens usually used in dubbing studios (Plasma screens, videoprojectors, etc..). That is only after this superimposition process that the video will become usable by actors for the dubbing operation in studio. The Render uses an especially modified version of the FFMPEG software, and thanks to its power it is possible to generate videos in a wide range of audio, video and container formats ({ogg, wav}, {xvid, dv, etc.}, {avi, mov}, etc...)

Description

More than a simple help, the MediaRythmo manual is an independent project in itself in the sense that it was conceived as an interactive website with its own layout. The users having hany trouble will find a userguide, a contextual help, advice, tips, etc..
