  • How do you recruit ?

    We are constantly looking for highly skilled collaborators. We don't have specifically a list of positions to propose, but we estimate that you are clever enough to guess what we could need (here is a hint: code poets, graphists, HCI experts, bits' craftsmen). We are not expecting you to have a specific profile nor fit in any box, matching some randoms criteria like age, gender, nationality, experience or diploma. You have skills in a particular area, show us them !
  • So what kind of people are you looking for ?

    Of course we expect you to be talented enough, but also basically to be able to work in an autonomous way, in an almost non-hierachical environment. If you think it's easy, please forget us. It implies far more personal investment than a normal job. We expect you to be responsible of yourself, to bring ideas and take part in decision-making process while respecting the consensus that drives it.
  • How can I convince you ?

    Just tell us what you're doing. The best proof of your competences is for us your interest for computers, IT, open-source technologies, or other fields, and what you have done so far in your personnal or profesionnal life. Don't be shy, explain what your aims are and send us exemples of your work at jobs@enova-tech.net.
